Completely unreachable and don’t seem to care AT ALL if I get the treatment I need to fix my recurring urological issues. If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Houston doesn’t seem to care at all and it’s very frustrating. Go somewhere else.
Very professional, very polite staff, very thorough, wheelchair accessible, clean facilities, fast and polite front office, easy to get in touch with, returned my calls, and assisted through the “My Chart” message board in order for me to leave my doctor urgent messages concerning current treatment plan and concerns. Sign says if you haven’t been seen in 20 minutes, let them know. Done. 30 minutes later people that just walked in the door being seen. Wish we had read the reviews prior to coming.
I do not recommend this clinic at all and would give no stars if possible. I received a diagnosis that I may have cancer and when try to call them back for three days with questions and to schedule my procedure I can’t get anyone to call me back. I had to physically go to the clinic and speak to someone about transferring my records to a different clinic for care. There is no way this clinic is going to treat me.
Do not seek care from this clinic. They are completely unorganized and impossible to get ahold of. I've had urgent matters come up during which I've called and messaged several times and I always end up going back to my PCP for timely care. I love UAMS but this clinic is a completely different story. Avoid at all cost. I will be switching to Arkansas Urology!
