I do not recommend this clinic at all and would give no stars if possible. I received a diagnosis that I may have cancer and when try to call them back for three days with questions and to schedule my procedure I can’t get anyone to call me back. I had to physically go to the clinic and speak to someone about transferring my records to a different clinic for care. There is no way this clinic is going to treat me.
Do not seek care from this clinic. They are completely unorganized and impossible to get ahold of. I've had urgent matters come up during which I've called and messaged several times and I always end up going back to my PCP for timely care. I love UAMS but this clinic is a completely different story. Avoid at all cost. I will be switching to Arkansas Urology!
I am needed medical treatment and can’t even speak to the doctor directly because of how poorly the UAMS staff treats me when I call. I am shocked at how all the staff has treated me for just trying to get in for an appointment that I’m so desperate for.
They do not answer the phone
I've liked the providers I've seen, but getting anything accomplished through the office is a nightmare. I was prescribed a medication 6 weeks ago, and I still can't get them to do the prior authorization or anything. I've probably called 10 times in that time frame, and it's so hard to get a call back. They don't return voicemails left on the nurse's line.
