dr.dornhoffer..ENT..office is the worst..they dont return phone calls or file faxes of hearing tests correctly to avoid making unnecessary apts. etc....there is too much to mention but NOT impressed and may stop seeing him and go somewhere else..before i get scheduled for procedures i dont need..or they wait too long to even schedule me and i get worse..b/c i keep going to apts. to go over things they should already have..but the staff looses it or they blame it on the mail staff for misplacing 2 MRIs.!! ughhh
