Without Dr. Casey, this place is just another average clinic. Scheduling is a nightmare — expect to wait months for an appointment. On top of that, they’ll cancel on you without notice and shift the blame like it was your fault. Disappointing and unreliable. Bottom line, find another clinic 🤷🏻♀️
If you want to wait months for an appointment, or over charged for little to no help, I’d recommend this place. If you want a reliable doctor who actually cares and listens to you, I would NOT recommend this office. Dr Casey kept this clinic worth coming to, now that she’s gone so is the clinics genuine care for their patients. FIND A DIFFERENT CLINIC!!!!
I'm a UAMS employee and love this clinic. Please have employees not park in the limited UAMS patient parking. Mrs. Annette Peoples was so helpful to open clinic admissions while front workers were late. ALL the staff SO friendly.. radiology, lab and nursing. Very efficient and friendly.
There was miscommunication for reason of my appointment. I got to visit Dr. Gann who isn’t my PCP since Dr. Padilla wasn’t available. I tried to explain to him the miscommunication and he completely fell into his own emotions. I struggle with mental health, and after telling him my situation he told me “yeah yeah sad story, whatever.” He humiliated me and tried to shame me for my own mental state. I never would have thought a doctor would be so unprofessional about it.
Dr Jackson never called in medications I'm sitting here in pain What a waste of a visit.got nothing done and I'm still sick. Remind me never to see her again. Thank god she isn't my primary
