They were very informative with my ear checkup and hearing loss.
The ent front desk new hire or person in training was super rude to me and just wanted to argue about when my appointment was. I had to use my chart to book my appointment because I was transferred 3 times to ent and nobody answered and it made me a new patient appointment, and im not. Horrible experience i dont know whats going on over there. I dont even wanna leave one star but it forces me too.
My step mom was brought here by ambulance due to a fall and broke her arm at the upper part of her elbow. Was told she would have surgery that night, NOPE never happened. They discharged her late at night with my dad living over 2 1/2 hours away. This hospital discharged her and left her in the emergency waiting room over an hour to be picked up. I would give 0 stars if possible for providers and a 10 stars for the staff up front they are amazing. The neurologist I saw on December 10th after waiting months to see them, against my gut but out of desperation bc they were the last left and it was here that I was flown after a high velocity rollover MVA. however cruely treated, but when you are 3 classes away from your undergrad what do you do?
