I had a appointment from two months ago, showed up to my appointment on time, got put in an exam room, nurse comes in tell's me Dr palys will be right in. Few minutes later I hear him outside the door telling his nurse that he has to go, she comes in tell's me he has to go to the O.R to assist a surgery and doesn't know when he'll be back, don't know what to say you can hang out and wait but I don't know when he'll be back! They were very informative with my ear checkup and hearing loss.
The ent front desk new hire or person in training was super rude to me and just wanted to argue about when my appointment was. I had to use my chart to book my appointment because I was transferred 3 times to ent and nobody answered and it made me a new patient appointment, and im not. Horrible experience i dont know whats going on over there. I dont even wanna leave one star but it forces me too.
My step mom was brought here by ambulance due to a fall and broke her arm at the upper part of her elbow. Was told she would have surgery that night, NOPE never happened. They discharged her late at night with my dad living over 2 1/2 hours away. This hospital discharged her and left her in the emergency waiting room over an hour to be picked up.
