I honestly think it's more Dr Williams nurse then Dr Williams but her nurse is a reflection on her. I was treated terribly. They sent my insurance a request for hysterectomy but didn't give any notes on why a hysterectomy was the only option so of course it got denied. The level of caring and professionalism I experienced from them was very sad. I have precancerous cells and I need to have a hysterectomy. My paperwork was sent to my insurance company with no notations on why surgery is the best option. So it got sent back and denied. I went to her nervously about a cancer diagnosis - she didn’t help matters by telling me I only have 6 mos. to a year to live and that I will only have 3 mos. to live if I don’t do chemo! (VERY negative and VERY hurtful!) I left there EXTREMELY depressed - I even talked to a counselor about it - the counselor and I both agree that she’s NOT God! ONLY God knows how long I have to live on this earth!

Dr. Williams and her entire team restored my faith in healthcare. She is compassionate and talented and was willing to perform difficult surgery on me to improve my quality of life. I would get cancer again gladly to meet a dr like Dr Williams. She is my hero. Highly recommend!
