I really liked the Doctor, but absolutely zero answers! Nobody could answer about my Service Dog that was in training (acts perfectly)! So I had to go in by myself without my husband or dog! It's been months ago and still No answers!! Didn't forward my records to the referring Doctor! Seen him today and he didn't have any answers for me because nobody told him anything either.
