I would give them a zero but one works. Worst experience with a doctors office I have ever had. They are rude and refuse to help my mother with her back pain. Dr. Randolph is a horrible doctor and anyone looking for help should not go here. Period.
Our family has seen nearly every provider at this office. You won’t find a more capable, compassionate staff. Dr. Songy, Dr. Poindexter, Dr. Brannan, and Dr. Kilambi are all highly recommended.
UAMS IS AWESOME!! Everyone there is very friendly and they are on top of everything. They take time to talk and listen to you to help you the best way possible!!!
I’ve seen Dr CarlLee for a 2nd opinion and he did an excellent job of thoroughly explaining the nature of the problem I was having and in addition answered all my questions ,not rushing though it like the Doctor I have seen before him! I’m so glad we have such a knowledgeable and great Orthopedic Surgeon in NWA ! Highly recommend!
