I'm Grandson Elijah, was in the Nicu for my daughter Stephanie, 29th weeks. I experienced a very good well oil Machine, from the Dr's, Nurse's and her Techs. They care about my daughter Stephanie Pregnancy, from The High-risk Units, to the time, Elijah was in the Unit's with Incubator. The WORST!!!! The nurses keep the room to their liking and not the babies. Half the time they too busy on their personal phones to even check or care for your babies they let them cry and stay wet because they only change them every 3 hours which at a daycare they change the babies every hour. So how is it the babies are in the hospital and have diaper rashes (don't make sense) then they don't chart or leave notes to know what is really going on.
