The whole team made me feel like I was family giving me a good experience and well respected and thank you Dr. Cassat for listening and understanding my problem and letting me know what’s going on with left knee and including my right knee I would mind to see him again for all my orthopedic situations in the future if I have pain or concerns that he can see for.

Thorough and personable. Efficient but not rushed. Takes time to explain things and answer questions. On your visit you're likely to be seen first by a resident who hasn't quite mastered these skills yet but Dr. Cassat makes up for it in the end.
