If I can give Dr. Racher and UAMS LABOR AND DELIVERY 0 STAR I would not recommend a dog there! She and staff at labor and delivery almost killed my daughter and her baby every time I think of that day I get mad all over again!
Dr Racher has been amazing for diagnosing and treating an issue missed by prior practitioners. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Racher has been my obgyn since 2016. She is compassionate, understanding, and caring. She is very easy to talk to and takes the time to listen. Dr. Racher is very knowledgeable and all of my questions and concerns are answered and I feel at ease while in her care.
I love Dr Marylou Racher, I drive 2 1/2 hours to get here, I’m telling you she is worth seeing for any female procedures or any female problems. I always say I will continue to see her, she was able to give me relief from my symptoms, within the 1st visit. My doctor in Ft Smith was not able to figure out my problems. Dr Racher and her whole staff team are worth the ride from anywhere. I highly recommend her to any female for any female issues. Go Marylou! Love your team your the top of the heap.
