This review is to express my concern regarding the medical care or lack thereof my father received on his last three visits to the UAMS Health Radiation Oncology Center 3900 W. Capital Ave., Little Rock, AR 72205 with Dr. Leslie Harrell. She has treated our family with such carelessness and unprofessionalism that this can no longer go unaddressed.
