I'm looking for my doctor Jennifer Casey. she has been my doctor for over 15 years now. I'm just now finding out now she's gone not was send in the mail to notify me. I would like to know where she's at she knows my history of my health.
I hope you will still be in practice if not I will miss you and thank you for being my doctor.
She is very kind and she actually listens to my complaints about my body. I wish that she would be my forever doctor.
