My first appointment with Dr Soriano was at the beginning of June 2025. On that day I saw his APRN who said that’s how they work…first I see her and then on the next appointment I’d see the Dr. well the APRN advised me that they didn’t have the proper imaging to determine what needed to be done or not done. So while I was in the exam room, I was messaging the VA to send the correct imaging and they were doing it at that point. Hello UAMS, You send me a remind 3 months prior to my appointment and less than two hours before my appointment? This has to be some of the worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced , EVER! Very unprofessional and completely unacceptable! Dr Soriano did not seem interest or enthusiastic at all about doing wanting to do the surgery.
