been looking for a new pcp since moving to NWA and was recommended Dr. Clem by a friend - now i’m passing that recommendation on! Dr. Clem was absolutely excellent - professional, patient focused, and so knowledgeable without being condescending or overwhelming. Will definitely be continuing in her care and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top notch care in the NWA area!Â
Very disappointed. I have a refill on a script;followed the UAMS process. They’ve screwed it up six times in a row. The pharmacy called it in, called the nurses line, no one EVER answers the phones, left messages it’s horrible. Called in and talk to the doctor. This is the final straw. Only reason they don’t get a one is I like my doctor, but this is itÂ
