Great place for service and helpful people.
UAMS is the biggest joke of an emergency room in the state. My wife's illness and medications make this our only option when something goes wrong and it's a nightmare every time.
I was checked into a room quickly, and it was very clean. The MD and nurses on call were attentive and took my concerns seriously. I felt they did everything in their capacity to help me, and I'm very appreciative they even took time to read the log I keep of my symptoms. I don't usually leave reviews, but a good ER experience means a lot!!
Don’t come here if it’s an emergency!
Ridiculous all I was waiting on was to be discharged had to wait an hour a 30 min when someone else that wasn’t doing anything just sitting on their phone with earbuds in their ears could of just gave me the simple papers I was waiting on . Bullshit…
