I've had hom as my pcp for about 5 months and I can't get my meds filled on time and half the time it's not even the correct medication. I had heard so many good things about him, but his excuse was he was experience hasn't been good. The excuse he gave me for going without hormones for over a week was he was on vacation. I take 15 prescriptions. Med interruptions are brutal on my body.
Dr. Gills was the doctor at Baptist in Ft. Smith that was in charge of my mother's care. He only came in once a day and was never prepared. He obviously didn't read her reports to give us updates. All he wanted to do was dischargo her without addressing her issues. When we asked questions he would turn to the doctor in training and tell him he needed to talk to us, then walked out. He never spent more than 5 minues in the room. I'm sure he's smart, he passed medical school, but he is not anyone I would trust to help.
From registration, nursing, Dr. Gills and the lab, everyone is friendly and efficient. I'm excited/relieved to find a practitioner that listens!
They are stupid. Sending prescriptions to wrong pharmacy and stalling all the time. I would not recommend going there no matter what. Then when they f*** up they tell you if it is that big of an issue to go to the ER
