Dr. Gills was the doctor at Baptist in Ft. Smith that was in charge of my mother's care. He only came in once a day and was never prepared. He obviously didn't read her reports to give us updates. All he wanted to do was dischargo her without addressing her issues. When we asked questions he would turn to the doctor in training and tell him he needed to talk to us, then walked out. He never spent more than 5 minues in the room. I'm sure he's smart, he passed medical school, but he is not anyone I would trust to help.Â
From registration, nursing, Dr. Gills and the lab, everyone is friendly and efficient. I'm excited/relieved to find a practitioner that listens!Â
They are stupid. Sending prescriptions to wrong pharmacy and stalling all the time. I would not recommend going there no matter what. Then when they f*** up they tell you if it is that big of an issue to go to the ERÂ
Great place and good doctors. I love that they maintain an on call doctor for their current patient database.Â
