Waiter close to 6 months for an appointment. The day before someone calls and tells me I have to be there 30 min earlier than the apt. I am a single mom work late shifts. So nonetheless I carved out more time to go up there only to have her appointment cancelled the day of bc the dr called in. And they want me to wait another 5-6 weeks to reschedule. Unacceptable

Unable to get medication refills for child after calling multiple times over two weeks. Spoke with numerous people who said medications refills would be sent . Currently at the ER in attempts to get medication.

Dr Hall was amazing. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic during our appointment. Dr Raney was a great listener and provider as well. We have found the compassionate care we were seeking.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with a scheduler here today. She told me several reasons why my child could not be seen and none of them were accurate. She was rude and insensitive. She also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I have never experienced such rudeness and insensitivity in a health care setting.
