Dr Pearce is a great listener! I have seen him 4 times over the last year regarding possible surgery. He encouraged PT prior to surgery which made a world of difference to the outcome! He is not quick to jump into surgery if there’s a possible alternative to regaining 100% mobility!
Dr. Pearce is by far the doctor/surgeon that I trust most of all. He has been solid in all aspects of his care for me. His assistant, Jason, is the same way. I would recommend Dr. Pearce over anybody in his field.

Back in February, I suffered a significant rotator cuff tear, but I delayed getting an MRI until June. When I finally did, Dr. Pierce strongly recommended surgery as soon as possible due to the severity of the tear and the risk that further delay might make it irreparable.
