He did an virtual appointment with me when we was snowed in. Super grateful for that instead of rescheduling me. It was my 1st appointment with him as a new patient. He listened to what issues I had. Did my referrals immediately and called in all my refills and new medication while I was on video call. I really appreciate a doctor who listens to my complaints and try to come up with a treatment plan. I was referred to him by a fellow coworker and so far so good.
Dr canceled a prior authorization for a medication I need to live. Do not go to this doctor. Find a new one. Appointments are hard to get. The staff does not return phone calls. This office is a joke.
We waited 6 weeks for an appointment for my husband. As we were headed out the door for the Dr appointment and his office called and canceled 35 minutes before it was supposed to happen. They told us to call back and get an appointment. Didn't even reschedule! We called back and can't get in for another 3 weeks! I sure feel like they "care".
SOMEONE REFERRED ME TO HIM AND I MUST SAY THE WORST DR APPOINTMENT I HAVE EVER HAD FOR ONE HE BASICALLY WAS SAYING I WAS LYING ABOUT THE SYMPTOMS I BE HAVING BECAUSE I PAST A TEST FOR IT AND WASN'T HAVING ANY IN FRONT OF HIM AT THE MOMENT ON TOP OF THAT I MADE IT AWARE OF THAT I HAVE CHRONIC PAIN IN MY BACK AND THAT I DO TAKE SOMETHING FOR IT BUT IT DOESNT HELP HE DIDNT EVEN LOOK NOR EXAMINE MY BACK NOR ASK ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT IT ONLY THING HE DID WAS SUGGEST I KEEP TAKING THE MEDS ………..
