The front desk staff here are so professional and helpful. I was late for my appointment and they helped me get in. This is worth 5 stars in a world without customer service!
I have an appointment here due to a severe immune problem. as of this year alone I've tested positive for the flu once a month since December 2024. Repeat infections, flu monthly: RSV 3 months in a row. Strep. I am so sick I can hardly work. I barely get better for 2 weeks and get sick again. I had an appointment scheduled in February for June, but then I got notice the dr wont be there. I understand things happen but then I was told that when your dr cancels your appointment you just "move to the next spot" which is another... read more
