However, the follow-up care after delivery has been the worst I have ever experienced, and it has had real and lasting consequences on my health, safety, and stability. Spoke with Charlie in scheduling, WORST patient service I have ever experienced. Who isn't able to send a message to the provider when requesting additional information regarding schedules and appointments... Honestly probably one of the laziest employees I have dealt with.
