Amazing dealership, had the opportunity to work with Vina Moutinho as my Brand Specialist and Paul Vilca in Finance, they went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Appreciate you both on helping me get the perfect vehicle for the numbers I was looking for. Highly recommended.
Madison Murphy was extremely helpful and she help assist me prior of getting services on my q7. I appreciate when business get great employees that cares and has great work ethics. Ms Murphy takes pride in her job, it shows. She has a great understanding of her customer. Even when I was in a foot boot, she was very caring, it wasn't only about my car being services. It was also me being seen as a person. I really do appreciate her and she is such a pleasure
Walked in to test drive a couple of options. Karl was my rep and he was very professional from the jump. His responses were prompt and I appreciated how quickly he was able to get things moving for me. Dave, the manager, was also a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this dealership!
Audi of Fairfield great job as always servicing the car. Loaner was great and the whole droppoff time was 5 minutes. Return and pcikup just as easy.
Fairfield Audi is the best car dealership I’ve ever dealt with, which is why I have purchased other Audis from them over the years. The salespeople are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, as are the finance staff. And the service department is first rate. I particularly appreciated the extra effort by our salesman, Roberto, to find the right car and help us to understand the controls. I highly recommend Fairfield Audi.
