My first concern was whether the A/C maintenance would fix all the problems and I am happy to say the job was done thoroughly. The technician took the time to explain what was done and I felt secure in the systems upkeep.
The install personnel was professional and cleaned up the area after completing the ductless heating and A/C install. The equipment is silent and effective, providing consistent comfort in the house.
I was apprehensive about damaging the drywall during the installation, but the technician planned the placement well and finished the job without any visible damage to the surrounding areas. They spent the whole afternoon and everything seems to be working well and with enhanced ventilation.
Just wanted to let you know the tech was on time and did a good job fixing our portable A/C unit. I just wish they had cleaned up the area a little better after they departed, since there were a few tiny parts left behind.
Vents fixed fast, no problem now.
