This company violated HIPPA AND RELEASED MY TEST WITHOUT CONSENT AND WITHOUT A COURT ORDER. I took a hair analysis as a private pay walk in. Firstly, when I walked in they acted as if I ruined their day to ask for my test. I asked several time if I should just leave because it was so uncomfortable. During the sample collection the tech accused me of recording her. I asked if I needed to attach my list if medications. I was told, no. Because it was for me(?).
