I honestly feel that the wait time in the lobby is too long and if personnel is going to speak on a patient they need to make sure they can't hear them‼️‼️
How do they expect a person to set an appointment or get any information about anything? When I call the number numerous times it doesn't ring, it only goes to a voicemail. Smh
Don't expect a call back ever. I've been waiting for a call back for over a month about xrays I had done and mental health medication. I've tried multiple times and left multiple messages. Same thing happened with my mother AND my husband. Don't waste your time going here.
