OMG! From the first contact with KP (Kimberly Page) at UAB of Dothan my experience has been phenomenal!!!! She was informative, friendly and so very helpful! She got me set up with an appointment pretty quick! She made sure to oversee my appointments , worked around my schedule and got me in early whenever possible! Ridiculous how they handle appointments. 3rd time an appt was cancelled the day before. Wouldn’t be so bad if they rescheduled within a decent timeframe but it’s always a month out! 3 times had to ask for time off of work and now because of the last minute crap, not on my work schedule. Out of money yet again. So completely disorganized and unprofessional. Yes they are the most reasonably priced around here but at what cost?? If you have teeth issues, good luck.
Nice people, very reasonable prices if you don't have dental insurance and they do very good work...
This is top notch dentistry and great customer care.
Had my first appointment with them and I was really impressed with the Dentist, the hygienist. They put you at ease and did a very comprehensive exam. The equipment was very impressive. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get to there and it was worth it. They gave me a plan to get the work done that I needed. I was told that my teeth were not worth saving. But who told me that I guess just wanted to take the easier route. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
