The black lady up front was very rude, raised her voice at me and yelled at me to wake up, open my eyes, and asked me if I was blind. I had to clarify it was my first time there so I wasn’t familiar with the whole process. I don’t recommend testing here, the staff don’t come across as kind and understanding.
if it wasnt for the services offered no one would be here. this place does not encourage growth or has any customer service. the black lady was rude, as if her time was more important than the people. we get youve done this for a while not our fault your burnt out stuck behind the counter. they have a bunch or requirements but you ask for one, and its like your asking for a first born. its a process lady, take it step at a time. the asian kid up front was nice tho.
