The room was a little hard to locate, and the Proctor was increasingly rude. She waved in my face several times, used phrases like "I dont really care" and was incredibly snippy. The atmosphere of the room was tense and subdued, as if I was not the only one who experienced her sour attitude. Absolute one star experience.

The black lady at the UAA testing center was very patient and courteous. She was working alone with no other employee to assist her. The line was long and even though it was obvious she was overwhelmed she was pleasant in my opinion. UAA administration should do better in ensuring adequate staffing support for this black lady whom in my opinion is doing an awesome job in getting the testing done in a seamless manner!

The black lady up front was very rude, raised her voice at me and yelled at me to wake up, open my eyes, and asked me if I was blind. I had to clarify it was my first time there so I wasn’t familiar with the whole process. I don’t recommend testing here, the staff don’t come across as kind and understanding.

if it wasnt for the services offered no one would be here. this place does not encourage growth or has any customer service. the black lady was rude, as if her time was more important than the people. we get youve done this for a while not our fault your burnt out stuck behind the counter. they have a bunch or requirements but you ask for one, and its like your asking for a first born. its a process lady, take it step at a time. the asian kid up front was nice tho.
