Great pool to swim in and lots of lanes. When we visited in January 2026, the air temp was in the 50’s and the pool temp was in the 80’s. Highly recommend this outdoor pool. There are even kick boards and some fins available to use. We did the drop in rate/day rate to get into the pool.
I am a Tucson Native and had no clue that the U of A rec center pool was open to the public. What a great surprise, and for a day pass, an adult is $8, and kids are $5. The pool is temp regulated year round also. The staff were friendly and nice and the facilities were clean. We will be back and telling our friends! Thanks rec center.
It's a great property, it's clean. It's quiet. It has a lot of swimming areas.
