SHADY BUSINESS! I called twice to get quotes for carpet cleaning and I understood it to be a flat rate per room. When the person to clean my carpets showed up, he stated a higher price which is not what I was told over the phone. This company uses a bait and switch model so if you are asking for prices over the phone, make sure ask SPECIFICALLY for details. I would appreciate if the quote was more transparent over the phone because I called this company twice and got the SAME quote both times!
Since we have pets, we were very interested in chemical free cleaning. My technician's thoroughness and attention to detail was very much appreciated. The cleanliness of our carpets and chair was outstanding.
Our carpets’ ripples and stains were completely removed by the servicemen from this company. They were also very polite to us and they gave us a fairly good price. Keep up the good work!
Our carpets now look so much better! they did an amazing job. They were very thorough and informative. We had our carpet stretched in a hallway, closet and two rooms as well as our entire house carpet cleaned. I am very pleased!
