Oh They’ve had my car two weeks now. He told me I needed an alternator and a new battery. Total over $1100 I said ok. Due to the snow storms we were delayed for two days. Went back after the storm once he ordered the parts, The car was supposed to be ready. The battery and alternator was replaced, they kept having me waiting not saying nothing. Best mechanic shop. I'm never been overcharged or have unnecessary work suggested.
Took my vehicle to get checked out. Went to get it back and was loud. They didn't do anything to it. They drove it after I told them it had a misfire now the muffler is loud and they acted like they didn't notice it and said they could look at different things. Now I have to get my muffler fixed and the issue I was having isn't resolved and the vehicle drives worse. DO NOT take your vehicle there.
