Went to this car wash on July 6, 2014. I purchased a $7.00 car wash and added the $2.00 bug wash. When going through the car wash near the cloth strip I heard a bang on my hood and saw my windshield wiper fly up the windshield. When I exited the car wash I saw three big chips in the paint on my hood, scrapes on the plastic part by the wipers and scratches on the wiper itself. My husband purchased $70 worth of car wash coupons from this establishment. The second time I used this facility, one of the cloth cleaning strips ripped my back overhead light off. Although the manager told us they saw it come off on the video of my car going through the wash, they refuse to pay for the replacement part!
