The best in the city
Wash itself was fine. Employee did not tell me when I purchased my wash that he planned on turning the vacuums off in the next 2 minutes for some reason. As soon as I finished the wash and went to use the vacuum and he shut them off and left me without any option to use the vacuum. Simply telling me that prior to the wash would’ve prevented this or waiting until I was finished vacuuming. No apology even offered.
I’ve used this car wash for over 10 years! Got my dream car and couldn’t wait to take it here to get a wash and it tore all my decals off my car and chipped the paint off my drivers side. Spoke to Michael the attendant and he tried to tell me the car was already like that! Are you serious! NO complaints in 10 years and now I’m making this stufff up! I felt so angry and disrespected! I will never return and have no idea which car wash I will patronize now and IM NOT HAPPY at all!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND none of the vacuums ever have ... read more
