I called up to see if dr carlson is doing c1 resections for ijv compression, a niche surgery, and the guy who answered was rude. Wouldn't let me talk or explain anything going on with me. Said it's not for me to decide what procedure I need,bits the doctor's. Yeah well tell that to the five neurosurgeons and two interventional radiologists that told me I needed this procedure. Five years I've been living a life worse than death and I was just hoping to get treatment but oh well guess I'm taking my business elsewhere.
