For your own good find another contractor. I had U&U build my home 12 years ago and have had nothing but trouble. Their contractors cant make straight walls or seams. I have had electrical problems and water problems numerous times. Currently have 2 roof leaks due to contractor not putting step flashing in around dormers. The contractor I had there could not believe what he saw. Shotty work to say the least. Again find another contractor and save yourself a lot of sanity and money
