Came in for a follow up , nurse took me in rushed mind you I was waiting for a while in the waiting room , I don’t speak good Spanish and felt judged when she was communicating with me , left me in the room and gave me attitude upon arrival! Tall older lady ! Please invest in better well rounded nurses !!!! I’m in my 60s, I don’t think she was able to take a good blood pressure reading!
I really liked Dr. Penaranda and have actually recommended the practice to family and friends who have gone to see her as well. Unfortunately, after calling to schedule an appointment today, I will no longer be coming to this practice. The woman scheduling appointments is intolerably rude, from how she answers the phone to how she talks to you while you’re scheduling an appointment. Dr. Penaranda is very helpful, listens and is relatively easy to get an appointment with. The front desk can be disorganized, but the doctor is prompt and responsive!
