They failed even in coordinating making an appointment with Dr. Ismail for the first time. I was referred by my primary care doctor, they called me to tell me that Dr. Ismail was on leave and he will come back the next day, look at my chart and then decide if i will see him or no. Turned out that he doesnt see new patients, which his nurse should've known that when she called me to begin with.
