I am very disappointed with this place. Wasted my time and ruined the mood. 1st of it has two confusing names online and when you come to the place its not easy to understand where is it. Horrible unprofessional manicure. The owner should take actions and upgrade skills of the service providers.
This was my very first time at U Studio to get a refill of my nails. It all started great, they rescheduled my appointment due to the snow day. Normalky, getting my nails done is my 1 hour of chill time, pampering time, and it always puts a smile on my face, but today I left with a frown. After 2 hours of horrible experience, horrible nails done that my ten year old son would and could have done better for me, I was charged 65$.
