Seems like the office is always closed whenever I try to go there. Their late fees are stupid also.
Personnel are great.
I've had units there for 15+ years. I've never complained about the prices that go up every year or the change in company, even when things started to get complicated with the new management. This month my debit card was compromised so I had to cancel it. I tried to call before the 5th, but they were closed. I called first thing Monday morning before the cards were run (because of the weekend they were run the 6th) but was told they couldn't stop autopay so I would have to wait until it declined to use a new card.
