I was told when signing up that the only way to pay is by phone, no autopay or online payment method. Payments are due the 1-3rd of every month and after that it's late. The one time I forgot until the 3rd, they didn't answer the phone 5 times that day, when they did answer they said they'd call me back but I was at work not accessible to my phone.
