Absolutely unreal experience. I rented two storage units the same day, one under my name and one under my wife’s. We are both authorized on each other’s accounts, which was already on file. I was moving cars into the units and the front desk lady immediately became hostile. She demanded paperwork — fine, no problem. Then she gave me a hard time because I didn’t have my physical ID even though I had a valid digital copy, which she accepted at first.
