Not sure about the BOTS they have leaving reviews but I am Completely disappointed in the service here. They assist fees to take your stuff. I’m convinced. I was assessed a random $15 fee that I inquired about and was told some one would get back to me. A week goes by nothing, I called almost every day with no answer to my issue. Can't say enough good things. We had a unit for two years. Reliable, clean, safe, and underpriced storage. Friendly and charming people. Good location. Nice vibes. Use it!
