Great facility, secure, great communication.
Storage unit clean and grounds were managed, but don't expect any special favors, apparently it's easy to lie to a customer you'll never see. In a tight spot, we were forced to leave our unit unlocked. We called and We were told our unit had a lock placed on it by staff, and called to get it removed after our trip. We were told "it might not get done today so check in after 7pm", so we got a campsite and waited. Come 8pm, no call. So we head on over and find our unit with the same looped ziptie we left it with.
