This place is a haven for stray cats... every thing here has that smell. I stop regularly to see what's in the free box outside the gate, some guy sets up a Flea market , but as mentioned, the cat urine smell is ... well yeah.
I must say.. I have rented storage units here off & on for the past 20 yrs.. the owner is very accommodating.. the property is well kept. & I've never had any problems storing my belongings .. he has his a game on, because Hes always full.. this is my first choice here in kerrville.. thanks you u store & lock!
I have been using U-Store for going on 5 years. I have not had any problems. I'm very much satisfied. Thank you U-Store & Lock. Bob M
No problems, in over 20 years. Owner called me when there was a break in and also when high winds damaged the roof. Always on top of security.
Cheap price but you get what you pay for. Mice and things have gotten into my unit and tore up boxes and my unit has been broken into not just once but TWICE.
