Cheaper rated than others. Not to fond of the rent increase and late fee increases, when honestly the customer service hasn't changed and the unit is not any different so do t see the reason for it. Units do have electricity....if they would install new bulbs in the units that'd be awesome. Gated access which would be more awesome if it was 24 hours access. I don't like that I can only access my stuff between 7 am and 9 pm. But overall been a decent storage yard.
I have had no issues using this storage facility. The one thing I wish is that the price could be a little lower. But all in all, the service is great, the location is convenient, and we like it.
They have been nothing short of amazing. Everything i had a issue it was immediately handled. They care about what they do, and thuer customers. The only thing I would recommend is the dust in abilene is terrible, so cover your belongings :)
