My monthly fee is deducted each month and I can go to my unit as often as needed without issues.
Very good experience. We had an issue with a hard working door and they came out very promptly to fix it.
I rented a unit on the South end of this facility. I opened it 2 weeks later to find the contents covered in a tick layer of dust and corn chaff. It blows right in from the grain facility. When I cancelled my contract they threatened to charge me the cleaning fee if I didn’t sweep it out even though it took me hours to clean the things I removed. Would never recommend this facility to anyone.
Love this storage unit and the staff they always work with me clean and secure units
