Terrible. Majority of my stuff was stolen from my unit. Purchased their special disk lock and used my own. It appeared neither were ever touched. Cameras do not seem to capture anyone coming or going from the facility for weeks at a time. I was left to review footage by myself. Cleared my stuff out two weeks before my that month's rent was up. No offer of reimbursement for 1/2 month of no use. Please don't trust this facility with your valuables.
