they are over charging for there units and I'm hearing they are charging 12 dollars for camera witch there is none the new owners have raised rent every 4 months all kinds of trash laying all over and broken glass in driveway they refuse to pay me back my 12 bucks for there insurance that I never had from day one in last 3/4 months it lost so many customers the place is all most empty plus they got broken into and took most of my stuff it took them at least 3 trailer loads to take everything they got the staff is great to wo... read more
My wife and I have been using this company for 10 years now. We have had good experience. My only negative would be the price has increased a lot in 10 years, but I’m sure that it’s probably competitive with other storage units.The staff is easy to get ahold of and great to work with.
