The manager Jorge is super helpful and also very pleasant. I'm estimating the facility is a few years old, but it looks and smells brand new. I'm pretty happy with the way everything went.
Story Quest refused to refund late fee or insurance fee despite being given updated credit card information and proof of insurance. Despite credit card info being updated, continued to receive notices of expired credit card for several weeks. They were unable to resolve this over the phone so had to show up in person to tell them how to do their job. Prices have gone up substantially. Service has gone down substantially. Will be looking into alternative storage facilities
