Awesome storage facility , best prices in hartselle , 24/7 access , climate and non climate controlled units, super easy to sign up, Mrs. Anna is awesome and she will take care of you! Just know that the phone number on the sign is not the right number , the correct number is posted on the front door , I also post this in one of the photos
Tried calling multiple times. Left voicemails nobody there. On days it says that it's open. They have two facilities yet can't get in touch with nobody or get a call back. Bad business
I'm currently stuck in the hartselle location because their motion sensor gate is failing to open when I drive up to it. I have called the number on the sign and the number I have received in an email, but both numbers are disconnected. I've had no choice but to call Hartselle PD to come help me get out. It says they are open online until 5 pm, it is 4:30 and no one is here. Also, the belongings I got out of my storage unit is covered in rat feces and urine. This place need to be shut down.
