Super disappointed. Been there since 2019 and started my 10x10 at about $85 monthly and was told that it could possibly go up after 3 months but was told it shouldn't go up past $100. Now my rate was up to almost $150 and have tried to talk to them about agreeing on a reasonable payment and wouldn't work with me. Although John Doe off the street can come in and get rates way cheaper because he is a new customer, not like me where I've been there 7 years good standing. I’ve been a customer at this location for several years, and my experience has changed significantly with the recent management transition. I would agree with a previous review that “Brian and Jen are badass”—they ran a great operation. Unfortunately, they are no longer managing this location, and the difference has been noticeable. Under prior management, I had no issue with the annual rent increases because the service and professionalism justified it. Since the change, my experience has been the opposite. All interactions were great very friendly staff. Very clean and secure. I would definitely use them again even if it meant I would have to go a little out of my way.
