This company cannot be trusted and they will flat out lie to you about the rates and pricing. Location and units are decent which is why I gave them one star. When I rented a unit for $80 a month I was told by the manager that they lure you in with a special rate and would end up increasing it. She told me the rate would hold for 3 months and that they would then increase it by about 50%. She said the rate would double back to the standard rate at 6 months. Brian and Jen are bad ass I rented from them twice never have. I had a question about my property being safe never got a headache. They never hassle me. It was always hello like we were friends. I would rent from them again and suggest that if you’re considering this unit, rent there because it’s one of the best on the East Valley you’re going to find!
24-hour access. Clean, safe, secure. On that last note, your unit is linked to your entry gate pin so even in the unlikely scenario that another renter tried to gain access to your unit, the alarm would sound, which I’ve never seen before. The owners are friendly and live on site. Everything about it recommends it.

After renting from a different company I came to U Stor. They are simply the best storage company.
